Assistance with mental health referrals, mentorships, workshops, LGBT+ training, support spaces for LGBTQ+ youth, referral to safe and affirming medical care providers, community resources, and referrals to STI/HIV/AIDS resources.

 
Assistance with Name Change or Gender Marker Change forms  (please be advised that some forms may require a doctor's completion, which we do not provide a scope of support at this time; however, we can recommend a suitable medical provider).

Assistance with job applications, resume writing, interview attire, career development, mock interviews, and more. 

Assistance with applying for government-issued aid such as SNAP, Medicaid/ Medicare, WIC, and any other forms. 

We assist individuals applying for housing, including those seeking homeownership or rental requirements, as well as provide one-on-one financial literacy tips, budget management advice, and saving options. 

We provide referrals to food banks in individuals' local areas, as well as non-perishable goods resource lists and locations for individuals in the local area of Hampton Roads, Virginia. 

We have a 90-day mentorship program that connects mentees to assigned expertise.
