At TTMOC, our vision is clear: to create pathways for empowerment, elevate voices that are too often unheard, and cultivate a community where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
BIPOC Pride is a growing movement and initiative founded in 2025, created to center and uplift the voices of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), and LGBTQIA+ and other historically marginalized communities.
Born out of the need to address erasure, exclusion, and inequities within mainstream queer spaces, BIPOC Pride acknowledges the multigenerational struggles and contributions of BIPOC individuals who have long shaped and supported the fight for equality but have rarely been celebrated for it.
This movement recognizes that the intersection of race, gender, and sexuality brings forth unique challenges from limited access to healthcare and housing to increased rates of violence and discrimination. BIPOC Pride exists to advocate for visibility, equity, and inclusion while also building safe, affirming, and joyful spaces for all.
At its core, BIPOC Pride is about:
💥Honoring legacy while pushing for progress
Celebrating cultural diversity across identities and generations
💢Creating platforms where BIPOC individuals can thrive authentically
✅Rooted in radical inclusivity, BIPOC Pride welcomes all age groups, backgrounds, gender identities, and lived experiences. It is not just an event it’s a call to action, a space for healing, and a movement for collective liberation.
BIPOC Pride is more than a celebration it’s a movement.
It exists to confront and correct the historic and ongoing exclusion of Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and LGBTQIA+ spaces. While mainstream Pride events have symbolized liberation, they have often centered white narratives or not culturally celebrating BIPOC voices marginalized. The Black community, The Brown community, and the LGBTQIA community deserve to heal.
BIPOC Pride creates space for unity, visibility, and truth.
We are here to bridge the gap between Black, Brown, and other oppressed communities by bringing our cultures, stories, and identities into the spotlight. This is not just a gay or straight or even a trans event it is a community movement rooted in inclusivity, empowerment, and collective progress.
Our mission is to:
💥Amplify underrepresented voices
💢Celebrate the diversity within our communities
💖Promote healing, justice, and equity
🚨Ensure that no one is left behind
